The shortage of PPE equipment is the topic of national conversation daily as health care workers struggle to find the supplies they need to care for coronavirus patients.

We've heard so many stories of people stepping up, doing what they can to help, including the owner of a local custom auto shop in Plattsmouth.

KMTV photojournalist Kevin Rempe caught up with Tracy Weaver of Recovery Room Hot Rod Interior. He is using his shop to make much needed face shields for doctors in Omaha. Watch the story at the top of the page.
