COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden is in Council Bluffs today, and is scheduled for a meet and greet at 11 a.m. This is his last stop in a three-day tour of the state that took him through Des Moines, Waukee, Manning, Le Mars, and Sioux City.
Biden will be at the Grass Wagon, and the announcement about his Council Bluffs stop was made last week.
Biden was just in the area back in February, speaking at UNO.
