The persons of interest in the Sydney Loofe case now face federal charges for a different case
51 year old Aubrey Trail and 23 year old Bailey Boswell have been charged with taking stolen items across state lines. Boswell made her initial court appearance on the charge Thursday and was appointed a public defender. Trail made his initial appearance Friday and did not request an attorney. Both are due back in federal court in Lincoln next Thursday. Both were ordered detained until further order from the court and remain in the Saline County Jail in Wilber.
So far they have not been charged in Loofe's disappearance or murder.
