According to a WalletHub report that looks at 15 metrics, Nebraska has the sixth strictest DUI laws in the United States.
Nebraska ranked in the top five in longest minimum jail time (fourth), how long an old DUI factors into your penalties (third) and largest minimum fine (fifth).
Overall, Nebraska ranks in the top 20 in seven of the metrics.
Arizona, Georgia, Alaska, Kansas and Oklahoma finished ahead of Nebraska. You can see the full report here.
