Scott Frost definitely racked up some frequent flyer miles on Tuesday. The new head Husker started his morning in Orlando leading UCF's bowl practice.

He then left by private plane back to Lincoln for a quick stop. The plane then left for Fresno, California where Frost & NU quarterbacks coach Mario Verduzco visited Nebraska quarterback target Adrian Martinez.

The plane left Fresno headed back for Lincoln shortly before 11 p.m. Central time. It was then scheduled to head back to Orlando set to arrive just after 4 a.m. Wednesday morning.

The Knights are scheduled to practice on Wednesday & Thursday.

Frost met with the media shortly after Tuesday's workout.

"These aren't ideal circumstances," said Frost. "But we're all dialed in committed. In any of these bowl games, the same operating methods would be used. Coaches would be out on the road recruiting for a week and then we'd come back and coach a team and probably go out the same day and recruit and come back and coach the team. That's the way these things work and that's the way every team that's coaching a bowl is doing it right now."

Central Florida faces 7th ranked Auburn in the Peach Bowl on New Year's Day at 11:30 a.m. on ESPN.
