The Public Service Commission will take up Transcanada's application for the Keystone XL Pipeline proposed route in Nebraska Tuesday.
Last month, the PSC approved the pipeline, but along an alternate route. It now must run further East, going through Keya Paha, Holt, Boyd, Antelope, Madison, Stanton, Platte, Colfax, Butler, Seward and Saline counties.
