OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Millions of dollars are needed for repairs to help the region bounce back from our historic floods.
A senior Air Force official told our partners at the Omaha World-Herald that it will take at least $420 million to repair the damage done at Offutt Air Force Base.
That estimate is higher than the original $350 million because of the cost of replacing many of the damaged structures.
