Bellevue community mourns Sgt. Noah Tietjens, one of four soldiers killed in drone strike

A candlelight ceremony will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Martial Arts International to honor Sgt. 1st Class Noah Tietjens. Thursday would have been his 43rd birthday.
