LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) - In accordance with a proclamation from the White House, Gov. Pete Ricketts announced Monday that all U.S. and Nebraska flags will be flown at half-staff to honor coronavirus victims.
Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on February 26, 2021.
As of Monday, more than half a million people in the U.S. have died of the coronavirus.
At least 28 million Americans are confirmed to have contracted the virus.
