OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Omaha's Public Works Department says recycling pickups will not happen on Thursday due to the impact the coronavirus pandemic is having on operations.
The pickups will only be suspended on Thursday and they ask people to hold on to recyclables until the following Thursday when collections will resume.
The department also said, "Any areas of garbage not collected on the normal collection day, Waste Management will return to the following day."
