OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Crews will be busy in Bellevue as the demolition of Paradise Lake begins today.
FEMA will help the city pay for the demolition of the houses destroyed by last year's floods.
FEMA approved the city's plans for demolition, which is expected to take several weeks.

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - "It was a nice quiet neighborhood, that was part of the reason we liked it," Chris Flesher, Paradise Lakes Homeowner said. Nearly 200 families called Paradise Lakes home. "We had a water view, nobody behind us," Flesher said. "We had the lake right there, you could go fishing.
