One person is in custody after a police investigation in Bellevue.

An active scene unfolded near the Fontainebleau Apartments around 29th and Crawford. Resources from the Bellevue and LaVista police departments, as well as the Nebraska State Patrol and Sarpy County Sheriff all responded to the scene.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on charges related to the incident.
KMTV reporter Lindsey Theis learned that reports of shots fired came in around 3:30 a.m. Friday morning from the Fontainebleau Apartments. Police spokeswoman Laurie Synowiecki says police cleared those apartments and are investigating to see if shots were really fired.
The suspect did have a gun. Police say they searched and cleared the man's apartment.
No injuries or damage has been reported.
