OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Emergency Management Agency of Pottawattamie County says there is a 9-1-1 outage in the Minden area.
Residents there are advised to use a cellphone to call 9-1-1 as the outage is only affecting Windstream customers.
If you do not have a cellphone you are instructed to go to the Minden Fire Station for assistance until further notice.
A washed out line in the area is said to be the problem and it is currently being repaired.
