A 16-year-old teen is in custody tonight after a shooting sent one man to the hospital.
Omaha police say the teenage boy was taken into custody after returning to the scene of the crime near 44th and Redman. He was booked for first-degree felony assault.
Monday morning police officers were called to a house near 44th and Redman. They found 17-year-old Ronald Aultman suffering from a gun shot wound. He was taken to Nebraska Medicine in critical condition.
