An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of drunk driving and causing a deadly crash who was recently released from jail on bond.
KMTV is working to confirm why the warrant was issued for Eswin Mejia. In a post on Twitter, an officer with Omaha Police Department asked anyone who knows where is to call 911.

On Monday, he paid 10 percent of a $50,000 bond to be released from jail. He faces charges in connection with a deadly Jan. 16 crash at the intersection of 33rd and L streets.

Sarah Root, 21, was taken to the hospital where she later died. Prosecutors said Mejia was racing another car while drunk.
