OMAHA, NE — The man accused of killing two people and injuring three others at the Bellevue Sonic was in court Tuesday morning.
The judge ordered he be held without bond.
Prosecutors filed new charges against Roberto Silva Jr. Monday.

During the court appearance, a deputy Sarpy County attorney revealed a few new details about the incident. He told the court Silva drove to the scene in the U-Haul truck that he later set on fire and had taken guns from the truck before setting it ablaze. Silva will be assigned a public defender in the case.
The Bellevue Police Department is still investigating the Saturday night shooting that left two people dead and three others injured.
