A best-selling author will give a free lecture in Omaha next month.

John Grisham, who has written 28 novels, will speak at the University of Nebraska Omaha Baxter Arena on Thursday, April 21.

It’s part of the new Marion Marsh Brown Writers Lecture Series, which aims to pay tribute to a Marion Marsh who taught English at UNO from 1954 to 1968.

Marsh, who was known for young adult literature, wrote more than 15 books.

Free general admission tickets for the lecture will be distributed beginning on March 21 at the Baxter Arena box office.

Side note: Grisham books have been among the top circulating books at the Omaha Public Library.
“Gray Mountain” was the third top circulating title last year. “Sycamore Row” was also in third place in 2014.
