Bond has been set for an Omaha woman who's child nearly drowned in the bathtub Sunday night.
A judge set Crystal Potts' bond at $100,000 Wednesday morning for felony child abuse/neglect. Prosecutors say Potts was intoxicated and took a bath with her two year old daughter and six month old son. When the child's father came home from work late Sunday night, he found Potts passed out in the tub and the baby face down with blood coming out of his nose. The baby was rushed by a family member to CHI Creighton, and it was later transferred to Children's Hospital. At last check the baby was on life support. Prosecutors say doctors had to revive the baby twice. They also say Potts had a blood alcohol level of .199.
Potts will be back in court on May 25th.
