An Omaha six-month old is in extremely critical condition after nearly drowning in a bathtub Sunday night.
Police were called to a home nearly 20th and Maple around 11:45 Sunday night. The child's father told police he came home from work and found his child unconscious in the bathtub while under the care of another adult. A family member took the child to CHI Creighton. The infant was later transported to Children's Hospital where police say it is on life support. Officers arrested 26 year old Crystal Potts for felony child abuse/neglect. A two year old who was with Potts was placed in Child Protective Services custody.
