Council Bluffs Police say a convenience store clerk was shot at during an overnight robbery.
Police say two men walked into the Speedee Mart near 36th Street and 9th Avenue around 2 a.m. Tuesday. One of them pulled a gun and demanded money from the clerk. As the two left, the armed suspect fired a single shot which missed the clerk and hit a wall.
The suspects ran off in a northwestern direction. Anyone with information should call Council Bluffs Crime Stoppers at 712-328-7867.
