COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (KMTV) - As the year winds down, cities are double-checking to make sure their snow plans are in place.
Council Bluffs Public Works will perform their annual snow drill Wednesday morning, according to Tiffany Nation, an operations administrative specialist with the department.
Crews will test and calibrate equipment and new employees will go through an extensive snow training program, Nation wrote in an email.
