An Omaha man wants his accident to be a wake-up call for drivers everywhere.
Jackson Radloff survived a crash Monday morning because he wore his seatbelt.
A suspected drunk driver hit his car as he was driving through the 108th and Fort intersection.
His Ford Explorer was totaled, but he said he knows it was wearing his seatbelt that saved him.
“Looking back at the pictures of my car and the scene, I have no doubt in my mind that it did save my life,” he said.
Police arrested the other driver for DUI.
Radloff had minor injuries to his arm and back but he walked away from the crash.
He hopes the pictures will remind people to always wear their seatbelt.
