A man seriously injured in a crash in North Omaha last week has died from his injuries.
27 year old Terence Bailey suffered a serious head injury in the crash at 42nd & Ames late last Tuesday night. Bailey died Tuesday from his injuries at CHI-Creighton. Bailey was eastbound on Ames when a car driven by 19 year old Mutthiang Chuol struck his minivan in the intersection. Police were investigating alcohol use and a possible traffic signal violation as factors in the crash.
An autopsy will be performed on Bailey and all reports will be forwarded to the Douglas County Attorney for possible charges.
