OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — 4/21/20 Update:
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) has provided additional information about the bodies found at a home in Ponca Hills.
The bodies found at the scene have been identified as:
- 24-year-old Michael K. Stewart of Omaha
- 32-year-old Michael J. Hansen of Omaha
- 24-year-old Courtney M. McGuire of Omaha
The DCSO says interviews with known associates of the people found dead "revealed all parties were last seen alive at the residence within eight hours of their discovery."
At this time, investigators have not found signs of illness or foul play and anyone with information is asked to contact the DCSO at 402-444-6000,
The person who called in the scene was there to make a child custody exchange with one of the residents.
4/20/20 Previous story:
Douglas County deputies are investigating three deaths at a home in Ponca Hills near Fox Farm Rd.
Authorities responded to the area around 12:30 p.m. Monday where two bodies were located outside of the home and another inside.
Law enforcement says the victims are one female and two males, all believed to be in their 30's.
Captain Wayne Hudson tells 3 News Now that the victims had overdosed, but says they're still investigating the cause and aren't ruling out foul play.
County deputies aren't releasing names at this time.
