Three people were home when a car crashed into their Council Bluffs duplex Sunday night, according to police.
It happened around 9 p.m. near Avenue G and 40th St.
Police say no one inside the home was injured, but a passenger in the car was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The driver, Andrew Smook, of Omaha, fled the scene, according to police. Investigators say they found him at an unspecified Omaha address.
He faces charges of exhibition driving, failure to maintain control of a vehicle and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
Police say a city building inspector examined the home structure and determined only the window area was damaged.
