It has been nearly a week since parts of Howard reopened in downtown Omaha. The change has brought some normalcy to the after a month of closures.
A Jan. 9th fire gutted a historic building that housed M’s Pub and other businesses at the corner of 11th and Howard. An icy mess followed the ordeal, closing businesses and leaving the street closed off.
