OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Husker Football legend and former Heisman Trophy winner Eric Crouch will be Ronald McDonald House Charities today.
Crouch will deliver Husker Flags to families at RMHC to kick off another Big Red Friday season. Crouch will be there at 4 p.m. to interact with families, sign autographs, and unveil this year's flag design.
This year's Big Red Friday is on August 30, when Husker fans can visit any McDonald's restaurant across the state of Nebraska and Southwest Iowa to purchase a Huskers flag. Flags cost $5 a piece, and all proceeds will be donated directly to RMHC.
The Huskers' first game this season is against South Alabama on August 31st. The game kicks off at 11 a.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN.
