DES MOINES, Iowa (KMTV) — Council Bluffs Police say murder suspect Nicholas Haner was taken into custody in Des Moines today.
Officers with the Des Moines police along with agents from the State's Division of Intelligence spotted Haner in a stolen vehicle and were able to stop and apprehend him.
A first-degree murder warrant was issued for Haner on March 1 along with two other suspects in relation to the death of Council Bluffs resident Adam Angeroth.
