OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - A Gretna man died early Thursday in a car crash in Omaha just south of 156th and West Center.
Omaha Police say 22-year-old Cody Bates was driving a 2004 Infiniti that left the roadway as 156th curves west just before the bridge over Papilion Creek.
The car vaulted off a retaining wall and struck the embankment on the north side of the creek just before 8 a.m.
Bates was pronounced dead on scene.
