Bellevue Police arrested a teenage resident of a group home who's accused of attacking a caretaker.
Police were called to the Community Supports home near 25th and Chandler around 8:15 Tuesday night to investigate a reported assault. The caretaker was alone with 18-year old Jesse Alvarez-Rodriguez when he allegedly attacked her. After the attack, the caretaker was able to escape and police were called. The caretaker went to Nebraska Medicine in Bellevue for treatment.
Police booked Alvarez-Rodriguez for 1st Degree Sexual Assault, False Imprisonment, and Strangulation.
