Omaha fallen police officer Kerrie Orozco is being honored Monday with an award from the Elks Drug Awareness Program.

The group is presenting her family with the Enrique Camarena Award, named after a Drug Enforcement Administration agent killed in the line of duty in 1985.
Organizers say she is the first female officer to receive the award.
