COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — Harrah's in Council Bluffs will reopen on July 3 in accordance with directives from the state of Iowa and pending all regulatory approvals, according to a press release.
The announcement Saturday comes after the successful reopening of Horseshoe in Council Bluffs.
Slot machines will be available for use with limited seating to provide for social distancing.
Table games will remain closed.
Amenities such as the hotel, 360 Steakhouse, VIP lounge and valet will remain closed until further notice. Plans to reopen in phases are in the works.
The BackstageGrill will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. For a full list of amenities, visit this website.
More frequent cleaning and sanitation will be implemented and team member screenings will be in place along with daily temperature checks.
Team members will be required to wear masks and guests will be provided masks and are strongly encouraged to wear them throughout their visit.
