It was a busy weekend for candidates in an Iowa congressional race.
Incumbent Republican David Young met with voters one final time through his whistle-stop train tour and was joined by Gov. Kim Reynolds and U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst.
"We are just carrying our message through the district starting in Des Moines," Young said.
Democratic challenger Cindy Axne energized her volunteers in Des Moines, emphasizing the importance of everyone in the district understanding what is at stake and the importance of voting.
National polls have this race as a toss-up.
