The 16-year-old Siwa returns to Omaha for a show at the Baxter Arena as part of her D.R.E.A.M. Tour. She says it's a show for the whole family, and 6,500 are expected to attend.

"They are in store for a surprise. I think it's probably going to be our loudest crowd ever because we are in my hometown. I think people are going to be extra excited. I think our vibe and our morale on stage is going to be so so fun, but people can expect to have the time of their life," JoJo explained.

JoJo grew up in Omaha but has since moved to California with her family to continue her acting and music career.

August 6th has been declared as JoJo Siwa Day in Omaha. Within her songs and work she stands up against negativity and bullying.

Her tour will continue through October with another stop in Lincoln in late August.

Siwa also voices a character in the new movie, Angry Birds 2.
