OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - The Joslyn Art Museum was able to open up its museum store to visitors on Saturday.

The store closed with the museum back in March because of COVID, but after figuring out the best way to keep staff and guests safe, they were able to reopen.

The reopening came just in time for a pretty important day. Squeezed between Black Friday and Cyber Monday is Museum Store Sunday. It’s a time to patron your local museum while gift shopping.

“Normally we have artists here and authors, and free champagne and things like that, but not this year. But it's still a day to celebrate your local museums,” said retail services manager Jane Precella.

You can visit the museum with a free, reserved ticket. Just go to Joslyn.org.
