OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The woman accused of helping Aubrey Trail murder Sydney Loofe will face the same charges as Trail.
A judge ruled Bailey Boswell will have to face a conspiracy to commit murder charge as well as murder and body disposal charges.
Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald say Boswell rocked in her chair during most of Thursday’s hearing.
Her trial is set for March.
In June, Trail will go before a three judge panel to consider whether he should get the death penalty.
