OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Detectives from the Adult Sexual Assault Squad of the Omaha Police Department have arrested a Lyft driver for First Degree Sexual Assault that occurred back in May.
According to a police report, 39-year-old Komlanvi Avitso reportedly picked up an adult female in the early morning hours of May 19th from a bar only a few blocks from her home. Records show that Avitso took several hours to drop the woman off at her residence. Avitso's DNA was also recovered from the victim.
