A man described driving into a ditch, but being able to get out, amid poor driving conditions in Sarpy County Monday.
Multiple Sarpy County communities declared snow emergencies to help crews clear roads during a winter storm.

One man, who was traveling along Highway 370, described the scary experience.
"It's been horrible. I'm having trouble stopping at the stop lights and put it in the ditch. Lucky to get back right out of it," said Todd Muylenburg.
"Visibility was really, really low. It was snow covered and there was - it was really hard to see. We got behind a semi a couple of time. It was pretty rough," said Tenora Mead.
