The Omaha Police Department said a man was shot and critically hurt near North 26th and Hamilton Streets.Sunday evening.
OPD said it happened around 8p.m. at the Pilgrim Heights senior living center parking lot.
The victim was taken to Crighton University Medical Center in critical condition.
The OPD homicide was in the area as a precautionary measure.
Police did not release any details about the suspects only saying no one was in custody.
