OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — One COVID-19 vaccine is now in Omaha and being administered to frontline healthcare workers and first responders. On Wednesday, Methodist Health Systems began administering it.
Its use comes after nearly 2,000 vaccines arrived yesterday.
"Gosh, the excitement for the arrival of this vaccine,” said Jose Abboud, President and CEO of Methodist Hospital and Methodist Women’s Hospital. “I just can't put it all into words because we've been waiting for this moment really since march."
