Today convicted killer Nikko Jenkins will learn if he will get life in prison or be sentenced to death.
Jenkins went on a killing spree in August of 2013, killing four people in ten days, he took the lives of Juan Uribe-Pena, Jorge Cajiga-Ruiz, Curtis Bradford, and Andrea Kruger.
The defense argues that his mental condition should keep him from being put on death row.
While the prosecution argues that because more than one murder was committed, and most were done to cover up another crime, he should be put to death.
