Prosecutors will not file charges in the death of a country singer Abby Uecker, a Norfolk native.
Uecker was killed in a deadly wreck in Thayer County on July 23. She suffered a head injury after the accident involving a utility vehicle.
Prosecutors say her death was accidental.
The 25-year-old was best known by her stage name, Abby Nichole, she performed just hours before the accident.
