OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
At 1:36 am officers responded to 3302 N 41st St for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located a the victim, 31-year-old David Kauai, on the porch suffering from apparent gunshot injuries.
The victim was transported by ambulance to the University of Nebraska Medical Center where it was determined his injuries were non-life-threatening.
