At 3:00 p.m., Certified Property Management officials are set to give an update on the house explosion investigation that killed one person.

30-year-old Clara Bender is being remembered as a loving wife and mother tonight. She died this afternoon after she was in a house explosion in Omaha.
Bender worked as an inspector at CPM Realty. The CPM President Jeremy Aspen tells KMTV Monday that Bender went to the rental home on 65th and Sprague to inspect it after an eviction back in June.
