Lynn Rowe appeared in court today. She's charged with felony child abuse.
Our camera rolled tonight as she left the Douglas County Jail. She rushed to her car and shielded her face with a newspaper. She would not answer our reporter's questions.
A judge set her bond at $10,000. She posted the required 10% of that or $1,000.
A former worker at the daycare recorded the video of the incident in question and shared it with the little girl's parents.
