Members of the Omaha Police Gang Unit arrested 27-year-old Larry Goynes on a first degree murder warrant in connection with the death of Kyle LeFlore.
The 27-year-old army sergeant was shot last weekend outside the Reign Lounge on 30th Street in the Florence neighborhood.
The victim served in Afghanistan, Iraq and South Korea. He was home in Omaha for the holidays.
On Monday, there will be a visitation for LeFlore at Heafy, Hoffmann, Dworak and Cutler. His funeral will be held at The Greater Bethel Temple on Tuesday.
Police say the investigation continues and anyone with information should report it.
