The Omaha Police Department (OPD) will conduct an overall review of how the department handled the protests once they conclude.

Chief Todd Schmaderer ordered all use of force incidents from the protests to be reviewed, according to Officer Phil Anson with Omaha Police Department.

As the 3 News Now investigative team reported this week, protesters, including State Sen. Tony Vargas, have raised questions about unnecessary use of force.

Some of the video sent to OPD by 3 News Now was part of the decision to do a review.
