OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A new study by a commercial real estate company shows Omaha bouncing back from the pandemic better than many other cities across the country.

The Colliers International Survey showed the city's vacant retail space dropped slightly in the second quarter. It called the drop unexpected.

The survey also found vacant office space went up half a percent, but that too turned out to be much better than expected.
