Omaha World-Herald 3 things to do this weekend April 28-30

Kate Malott, the Calendar Editor for our news partners at the Omaha World-Herald lets us know about three things to do around town this week.

SciPop Interactive
Where: The Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum. 
When: Saturday, April 29th
10-2pm.
Come in costume to support your favorite character.  The event features the science behind Harry Potter, Star Trek and comic book icons. 

Drink Local Think Global Beer Tasting Fundraiser
Where: The Omar Bakery Building, 43rd and Nicholas St.
When: Saturday 7-10pm
Tickets $30
It is the second annual fundraiser for clean water.  There will be live music and food trucks.  Each ticket purchase will provide six people with clean water for an entire year. 

Omaha Czech-Slovak Festival
Where: Millard Social Hall
When: Sunday 10:30-4:30pm
Admission is free.
Sausage, dumplings and sauerkraut will be served from 11-2pm.  Baked goods will also be for sale.  You can also dance to live polka music.
