Omaha Police say one person is dead and another had been injured after a Saturday Morning shooting near 42nd and Spaulding.
The call came out around 11 a.m. for a drive by shooting. Police say two men were found with gun shot wounds and were transported to CHI Creighton Medical Center where the one man later on died.
